Ordering & Delivery

HOW DO I ORDER?

To place an order,  simply click "Add To Cart" on the desired item and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. Return to your shopping cart and click on "Check Out". For new customers, an account will automatically be created with the email address that you have provided. Select your mode of payment and delivery. Once the required information has been filled up, click on "Review Order" to  have an overview of your order. Lastly, click "Submit Order" to place your order and instructions will be directed to you for payment.

Please note that items in your cart are not secured until you have submitted your order successfully and may sell out during the process.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Labellavita accepts the following payment options:

- Paypal
- Mastercard, Visa
- Internet Banking via DBS/POSB, UOB and OCBC (For Singapore customers only)

All payments are required to be made within 30 minutes.  Orders will be canceled with or without prior notice if payment is not successfully received during this period. A re-order can be made if the item(s) is still available.

 

SUBMITING PAYMENT FOR PAYPAL

Proceed to make paymment. Do not close the Paypal payment tab while payment is still in process as your order will be deemed invalid. In the event of such situations, kindly replace your order again.

 

SUBMITING PAYMENT FOR INTERNET BANKING

For customers opting to pay with Internet Banking via DBS/POSB, OCBS or UOB banktransfer, you will be directed to a payment page where instructions will be provided. Kindly open a new tab and transfer through the ibanking page of the bank of your choice and once the transfer is successfully made, return to the payment tab and submit the required transaction details. An email notification will be sent to you to inform you on the verification of your payment within 24 hours.

Do not close the Internet Banking payment tab while payment is still in the process as your order will be deemed invalid. In the event of such situations, kindly replace your order again.

 

ORDER STATUS

You can check the status of your order by clicking on "Order Status" in the top navigation bar. View your entire order history, or search for a specific order by entering the "Order Number". Once you've found your order, click on the order number to view the details.

 

AMEND/CANCEL ORDER

Once your order is submitted, we cannot add or remove items from your order. All sales are final and strictly no cancellations or exchanges are allowed once payment is received.

LOCAL SHIPPING

Complimentary regular postage is provided for all orders and packages will be shipped out in the next of 48 hours of ordering excluding weekends and public holidays. We ship via Singpost and packages have an estimated 1 - 3 days of delivery time from the date the package is shipped.

Packages shipped via regular postage will include a Certificate of Posting for proof of delivery, but does not provide any form of tracking service. La Bella Vita will not be held responsible or extend any further service for any damaged or loss packages during the delivery caused by Singpost. Registered postage is strongly advised for an additional fee of $2.24/- which includes a tracking number and signature confirmation upon delivery.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Packages are shipped via registered postage which includes a tracking number and signature confirmation upon delivery. Packages will be shipped out in the next 48 hours of ordering excluding Public Holidays. We ship via Singpost and packages have an estimated 7 - 14 days of delivery time from the date the package is shipped.

La Bella Vita follows the postage rates provided by Singpost by cumulative weight. The postage rate will then be calculated by the system, according to country and number of items ordered, during the check out process.

International orders can incur duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.

 

BACKORDER ITEMS

Backorder items have a waiting time of 2 - 6 weeks.

For orders with a backorder item(s) and an in-stock item(s), an option will be given to you at the check out page to choose to ship all items out together when the backorder item(s) arrives or to receive the in-stock item(s) first, you can top up an additional fee of $1.00/- for orders chosen to be shipped via regular postage or $3.24/- for orders chosen to be shipped via registered postage.

This option is only available for orders within Singapore. Backorder item(s) and in-stock item(s) in the same order for international orders will be shipped out together when the backorder item arrives.

Separate orders for backorder item(s) and in-stock item(s) is advised.
